Justin Kielty advised that Matt died "around 20068-2008" and was buried from Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in San Francisco. Justin also reported that Matt lived in the Santa Cruz mountains. We couldn’t find a death notice, but ancestry.com reported that he was born September 4, 1939 in San Francisco, and died October 11, 2007 in Los Gatos.
